Iconic CR8 reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The terms outlined herein are subject to change based on company discretion, product availability, or policy updates. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for changes.

This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By making a purchase from Iconic CR8, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this refund policy. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Iconic CR8 is not liable for lost or stolen return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds will only be issued for qualifying items that meet the conditions listed in this policy.

To initiate a return, if within 7 days, please contact our customer support team at salessupport@iconic-cre8tions.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, etc.).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
